About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made through adelaidepharmacy.net, operated by Adelaide Pharmacy Ltd (GPhC 1104564). By placing an order or paying for a private service you agree to them.
What you can buy online
We sell General Sale List (GSL) medicines and health products through the shop. Pharmacy-only (P) medicines need a pharmacist review and cannot be added to the cart. Prescription-only (POM) medicines are not sold online — use a new or repeat prescription request instead.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Prices can change until you complete checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
Click & Collect
Collect from our pharmacy at The Adelaide Health Centre, William Macleod Way, Southampton SO16 4XE during opening hours (Mon–Sat 09:00–21:00; Sun 09:00–19:00). Bring photo ID for age-restricted items. We may refuse supply if a sale would not be appropriate.
Local delivery
Delivery is available to postcodes SO14–SO19. The fee is £3.49, free on shop orders over £25. Delivery slots are offered at checkout where available.
Cancellations
You may cancel an unpaid basket at any time. Once an order is paid, medicines that have been dispensed usually cannot be restocked — see our Returns Policy.
