Getting your order

Collect or delivery

Click & collect

  • Collect from The Adelaide Health Centre, SO16 4XE
  • Behind the large Tesco in Millbrook, at Adelaide Health Centre on William Macleod Way.
  • Usually ready within 1–2 hours during opening hours
  • Photo ID required for age-restricted products

Shop delivery

  • Online shop orders to SO14, SO15, SO16, SO17, SO18, SO19
  • Delivery fee £3.49, free over £25
  • Choose a delivery slot at checkout
  • ID check at the door for age-restricted items

Prescription delivery

  • Eligible elderly or housebound patients
  • Local areas SO15, SO16
  • Monday to Friday, typically 09:00–18:00
  • Call 023 8077 7502 to request. Same-day delivery is not offered.

Important notes

Pharmacy-only (P)

Cannot be added to cart. Submit a pharmacist review request instead — this never creates a shop order.

Prescription-only (POM)

Not available to buy online. Use a new or repeat prescription request or speak to the team.

New and repeat prescriptions

Always submitted on a separate form — never through shop checkout.

NHS vs private

NHS services are free. Private appointments are paid securely via Stripe at booking.
