How New and Repeat Prescriptions Work

We contact your GP

Our team requests authorisation from your surgery — typically 2–3 working days.

Collect or deliver

We notify you when ready. Collect in store or arrange local delivery.

A few things to know so your request is processed smoothly.

Separate from shop checkoutNew and repeat prescriptions are never processed through the online shop.
Allow 2–3 working daysWe request authorisation from your GP surgery before dispensing.
Photo ID may be requiredBring identification when collecting age-restricted medicines.
Upload your prescriptionAttach a clear photo or PDF of your paper prescription (JPG, PNG or PDF, up to 10MB).
